Verdict

The market can be a guide in this sort of contest, with only four of the scheduled 10 runners having been seen before in public, but Richard Hannon's all but peerless in this sort of Windsor race, so we'll side with one of his, and that's GLAMOUR PROFESSION, ahead of stablemate Duchess Ravel and Michael Bell's Jessica Hayllar. Jockey bookings don't give us too much of a clue, with Richard Hughes on board Glamour Profession and Ryan Moore doing the steering on Duchess Ravel. However, the former has an entry for the Super Sprint so may be more highly regarded at home. Neither cost a great deal, and could be absolutely anything, so keep a close eye on the betting. Michael Bell's doing well with his two year olds, and Jessica Hayllar has her third run in a month. This is a step down in trip from her two previous runs, and she did show improvement second time out from her debut here three weeks ago. Gary Moore won this race last year, and his runner So Surreal has some fancy entries lined up. Virginia Hall improved from debut to finish runner up at Lingfield on the Polytrack, and is another for whom there are lofty ambitions. Monday night maidens at Windsor and Richard Hannon are made for each other though; it's not quite a toss of the coin over his two runners, but being better drawn is another plus in favour of Glamour Profession.
