In depth

Verdict

Plenty with claims in something of a lottery but it was soft ground at Goodwood last month when FLOWING CLARETS was narrowly beaten and she’s taken to confirm running with John Joiner and go one better. Captain Ryan has every chance on his second at Bath and Nuzha was placed at the same meeting last time. Awesome Allan was beaten less than a length at Nottingham last week while Swendab has been thereabouts on the all-weather and Mercers finished ahead of Staffa and Captain Scooby when third at Kempton.
