    Verdict

Giuliani and Kieren Fallon can strike a chord for punters in the Piano Bar Handicap. Raised seven pounds for his course and distance win 35 days ago (Fantastico is held on that form), he looks progressive and can go in again. Melograno suggested at Pontefract last time that he would be suited by a step up in trip and could be the one for the forecast. The Ring has not really progressed from his Wolverhampton all-weather win last November, while the Barry Hills-trained Haile Selasse has also been disappointing, and the step up in trip will probably not be the answer tonight. Clive Cox has his string in good form and Penric might get some place money, but Giuliani is a pretty confident selection.
