Verdict

Godolphin won this race last year and the boys in blue attempt to take this year's contest with Tabib. Somewhat surprisingly, he has already been gelded before his racecourse debut, though he is closely related to a winner over 7f. TONLE SAP was sent off at 40/1 on her debut over C&D and the bookmakers are unlikely to be quite so generous this evening. Clive Cox should know the family well as he trained her half-brother, Dunelight, and that colt went on to be a Listed performer. Surreal makes a debut for Sir Michael Stoute having had one inauspicious run in Ireland in April. Kalily would of interest were the market to speak in his favour on debut, while the money at Nottingham for Italian Lady suggests she is better than the form suggests.
