        Verdict

        Malak Al Moulouk is taken to give weight and a beating to some moderate rivals, the best of which may be Our Destiny and Latin Queen. James Eustace's four-year-old made a very promising seasonal debut over course and distance when finishing a close up fourth behind Hatch A Plan. He looked slightly in need of that outing and should now be spot on for this. Our Destiny could prove to be the main rival as unlike most of these he does know how to win. His most recent success came on the turf at Lingfield last month when comfortably accounting for Jessinca, he hasn't been disgraced in two competitive handicaps since and looks set to go close. Latin Queen has shown a glimmer of ability this season and has plummeted down the weights, so it would not be a big surprise to see this one in the shake up. It would be folly to discount Karaoke who has taken on much better opposition this season, although he isn't the most consistent of performers. So not the easiest of events to evaluate, but Malak Al Moulouk is given the vote.
