Mick Easterby has an excellent strike-rate with the few runners he sends here and Contrast has never competed in a grade this low. Thrown in on past form, he should go close to ending his losing run if handling the soft ground but MOVIE STAR has the more recent form so gets the nod. Amy Murphy’s lightly-raced filly has placed three times and has dropped a pound since her third at Yarmouth. Broad Appeal followed up a second over track and trip with a win in a higher grade at Leicester so has obvious claims and Seaborn also arrives in good form. Kaylen's Mischief made all at Yarmouth in a race in which Seventii finished third but carries a penalty. Brighton third King Athelstan looks the pick of Gary Moore’s two runners.
