In depth

Verdict

Most of these are well exposed and so we will side with the once raced Ashes Regained, Accompanist and Tennis Star appear to be the main dangers. The Barry Hills trained colt showed plenty of promise on his debut when finishing a close up fourth behind Arm Candy in a hot Newmarket maiden. That winner is now rated in the high eighties and so the form looks rock solid and with improvement expected Ashes Regained looks the one to be on. Accompanist has a rating of 84 but is proving hard to win with. On the pick of his form he has very strong claims and should be capable of reaching the frame. Tennis Star has taken on some decent opposition this season and cannot be ignored in this company. Mitanni should prove best of the others, but Ashes Regained could be anything and he gets our vote.
