In depth

Verdict

A SURE WELCOME is the senior runner in this but showed he was no back number when edging out the subsequent Ffos Las winner Able Kane over track and trip three weeks ago. Only raised a pound for that, the eight-year-old can complete the double. Lequinto was also successful over course and distance last month but he has been raised 5lb. Amazonian Dream was fifth that day but has since won at Bath though has also gone up 5lb so Newbury scorer Bell Shot should be the pick of the three-year-olds.
