Verdict

WEEKEND MILLIONAIR is clear on official ratings. He failed to land the odds on his return to action at Huntingdon but with that run under his belt and a conditional's 7lb claim helping his cause, he can make amends in this. Violets Boy had been making steady progress until unshipping his rider at Fontwell and is preferred to Ballylifen who usually manages to find at least one too good. Deciding Moment went close at Worcester in June and can figure while bumper winner Virginia Ash, point-to-point winner Brave Deed and racecourse debutant Comeonginger are all worth noting on their hurdling bows.
