Verdict

Gee Dee Nen would be thereabouts with a repeat of November's fourth at Ascot but he's been below par in a couple of runs since, while Bold Perk posted a better effort in novice company last time and is on a fair mark if right back to his best. Daneva has gone close since finishing well behind today's rival DOURYNA at Taunton earlier this month and the latter gets the vote to confirm running and return to winning ways. Point-to-point winner Jacks Grey finished a modest sixth on his chasing debut and more is needed to figure in this.
