In depth

Verdict

Dunbrody Millar gets the confident vote here with Bathwick Annie and Spring Grove rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Talouse-Latrec and although he has a penalty for that win he still looks ahead of the handicapper and under conditions that suit he is taken to win again. Bathwick Annie rates the main danger on her best form but she disappointed for no apparent reason when last seen and she may just need the run after a 308 day absence so she is passed over on this occasion. Spring Grove is another that is well weighted on his best form but consistency is not his strong point and he won't get his own way in the lead so he looks worth taking on. Of the remainder Parsons Legacy and Lord Olympia were let down by there jumping on their last runs but if they put in a fluent round of fencing they would have definite place claims but Dunbrody Miller looks a progressive type and he is taken to defy the handicapper.
