In depth

Verdict

Lalor has twice finished second here and should have few problems picking up an ordinary bumper before the end of the season. But he is up against a potentially smart recruit today in DARK INVADER. Paul Nicholls has just the one runner on the card and his Saints Des Saints newcomer is a full brother to the stable’s smart hurdler/chaser Irish Saint. Present Destiny ran in a Listed race last time at Ascot so should find this easier and C'est No Mour and Le Drapeau are possible improvers having had just the one start. Shillingsworth has a nice NH pedigree and is also worth a second look.
