Verdict

Close-up Ludlow third Mrs Peachey was beaten less than a length in this last year off a 5lb lower mark. But Harry Fry trained the winner 12 months ago and BLUE BUTTONS can keep the prize in-house. Along with Lily Waugh, One Lucky Lady and Mrs Peachey, she did finish behind Polly Peachum in a Listed handicap at Cheltenham in April but met trouble in-running that day and can reverse running with the winner on more favourable terms. Tagrita had won three in a row before finding Grade 1 company too hot at Aintree in April and she should win more races this season. Land Of Vic also had an impressive strike rate last winter while Woodland Walk travelled strongly for a long way at Worcester last month but did finish behind the selection, Polly Peachum and Tagrita on separate occasions last season.
