In depth

Verdict

Beware Chalk Pit got off the mark over fences at Plumpton last time and he looks an improved chaser this season. The consistent Dunkelly Castle could also figure having beaten Reblis and Alldunnandusted when third on his latest start over 3m at Chepstow. Topless, also engaged at Fontwell on Friday, went close at Exeter last month but 21 starts over fences without a win tempers enthusiasm and a chance is taken on TUSKAR ROCK. He'll have come on for a recent pipe-opener and placed efforts at the end of last season suggest he's capable of winning off his current mark.
