Verdict

Arctic Lady has won a point-to-point and is related to a staying chaser. She made mistakes on her debut over fences but Adrian Heskin made sure she completed and that will have taught her plenty. Better Days has won at Lingfield and Taunton this season but was never seen with a chance at Ludlow last time. Best Boy Barney and Somerset Lias are hard to catch right but make more appeal than Arbeo and Cucklington. BUTLERGROVE KING was backed to take advantage of a tumbling mark at Stratford last month but never reached the leaders. He’s been dropped another 4lb since and first-time cheekpieces could help him recoup losses.
