Verdict

Dirty Den reappeared after a very long absence to land a maiden over the C&D last July so the lack of a recent run shouldn't be a problem and he has to be respected. Marshim gained his only success over timber when landing a C&D handicap last month and though beaten twice subsequently he's only 7lb higher and this is a moderate contest. MOLLYS CAPTAIN has had a lot of racing recently but it doesn't appear to have affected him as he ran his best race to date behind Mr Eko at Punchestown a fortnight ago. Barry Geraghty takes the ride for the first time and the combination can prove successful. Kilmainham has shown definite signs of promise but makes his handicap debut with a big weight.
