In depth

Verdict

Jack Dillinger, a winner at Thurles in December, was in touch with every chance when falling two out on a return visit in February. His stable companion Argumental, a winning hurdler, ran his best race to date over fences at Gowran last month while Fill The Tank makes a quick reappearance after a decent third at Cork on Monday. Getaday gained his first success over fences at Thurles when taking advantage of a mistake from Great Khan at the last. The latter could boost the form in the previous race and the winner holds fourth-placed Champagne Beauty, though she should get closer at the revised weights. NOTICE TO CLOSE had his winning run ended at Naas though that was a better race than this and he could bounce back so gets the nod.
