In depth

Verdict

Quickasyoucan has only just returned from a very long break and was only caught on the line at Downpatrick in March, though that was over 2m3f. Cadawill gained a surprise victory when last seen over fences at Tramore in December but has failed to take advantage of a much lower hurdles rating in subsequent starts. But, back over the bigger obstacles, he should get into contention. LACKEN BRIDGE, three times a winner between the flags, showed nothing in his first four starts over regulation fences before scoring at Tramore where he battled on strongly. Today's longer trip should suit even better so he can complete a double. The veteran Betterthanallright showed he was no back number when scoring at Clonmel and his last two runs have been over hurdles.
