Verdict

Andreas Pride was a fortunate winner at Listowel when Annie Oakley fell when in the lead at the last. She faces a stiff task to follow up on her handicap debut. CLOSE REVIEW has really found his form and doesn't look to have been overburdened after completing his double at Punchestown. Richie Rath's veteran is only 4lb higher and this doesn't look much togher so he's given the nod to complete a hat-trick. Old Supporter was a long way behind in that Punchestown event but that was his first run since October and he's since run very well on fast ground at Clonmel when All The Way Home was just behind him. Araglen Lad has been looking a bit high in the weights after his victory at Gowran in November
