Verdict

Drop A Gear suffered a heavy fall over fences at the start of the month so this may be a confidence-booster. Kevin Frost doesn't run many here so The Clonlisk Bug is interesting as he was only beaten a length at Uttoxeter on his penultimate start. Lowcarr Motion started favourite at Kelso in April but he just beginning to look a little exposed. BRUCE ALMIGHTY looked much improved when stepped up in trip at Uttoxeter and beat experienced handicappers. He's upped in class here but should be capable of handling the promotion and is preferred to the one-paced Titans Approach and well-beaten Sedgefield third Attention Please.
