SACRILEGE was capable on the flat and made an encouraging start to his hurdling career when narrowly beaten by Banquet here last month ad John Quinn's gelding is taken to go one better today, in receipt of weight from Art Exhibition and Pemberton. Howard Johnson's gelding made a winning racecourse debut when taking a novices' hurdle at Hexham last month and could well be open to further improvement so cannot be discounted despite a penalty for that success making this tougher for him. Segal was capable on the level and could be of interest on his hurdling debut, while Micky Hammond's Amir Pasha has a bit to find with the selection on running here previously. Charlie Mann's Art Exhibition was good value for his Fontwell success first time out and has to be considered but he may find the concession of 5lbs to Sacrilege beyond him.
