In depth

Verdict

Only Orsenfoolsies only found one too good at Doncaster last time but stablemate Waterclock has a decent record here, though has only won a Kelso maiden so far over timber. Verygoodverygood and Red Infantry look high enough in the weights now but Cracking Find led for a long way at Haydock last time and this looks slightly easier. Lough Salt is a regular at fixtures here and won over 3m at the track last month and Agincourt Reef won a shade cosily at Ludlow last time, though has another 8lb to carry here. SOLOMN GRUNDY (NAP) is lightly-raced and still on an upward curve. Sean Corby’s claim helps offset the 7lb extra he carries for beating a stronger field at Newbury when Nautical Nitwit only finished eighth.
