Verdict

Plenty of future winners to come out of this race but we will side with Europa on this occasion. Tom Tate's charge has always been held in high regard since he ran in bumper company and he has done little wrong since going chasing. He is unlikely to be a great price but he handles this surface well and better things are ahead. Extra Jack is respected from the Paul Nicholls team. He seems to do his best running in smaller fields and should be the one to chase our selection home. Goguenard ran well here earlier in the season but has disappointed since falling at Aintree. Red Striker has been out of sorts this season whilst Premier Drive has struggled off his current mark. A watching brief is taken on A Piece of Cake.
