Majorca can follow on from his recent Sedgefield success at the expense of North Landing, Cayman Calypso and Snow¿s Ride. The selection was coming back to winning ways last time out after two years without success. That meant he was well handicapped and potentially he still is. He looked good last time and although nine pounds higher here he is worth sticking with. North Landing came on for his first outing of the season to finish third and then followed up with success at Hexham last time out. He carries a penalty but is worth noting in the market. As is Cayman Calypso who ran a blinder over course and distance last time out. He carries a nice racing weight and at five can only improve. Snow¿s Pride is worth noting as he won back to back races last summer but as a consequence is now lumped with top weight. So for the winner we return to Majorca.
