SETTLEDOUTOFCOURT was a winner without a penalty when following a success at Hexham with victory at Newcastle. He consequently has a big hike in the weights to contend with today but scored easily last time and is worth sticking with. Whiskey Ridge scored over a shorter trip here before being brought down when still in contention back at this track last time. He looks sure to figure with a clear round, but Chicago Outfit has disappointed in a couple of outings since winning at Kelso in October.
