In depth

Verdict

Gogo Baloo may well improve on her second at Sedgefield but this should chiefly concern recent winners Nortonthorpelegend and HOUNDSCOURT. Neither is particularly consistent but we’ll give a tentative vote to Joanne Foster’s 12-year-old, who has at least won around here in the past. Hattons Hill ran a stinker at his beloved Hexham last time and Frank The Slink was also pulled him last time at Carlisle while Glenrua has yet to show much in the way of ability.
