Anthea has ran promisingly on two recent starts and while it is always a risky option to go with horses that have had their chances, she looks one who has been unlucky rather than untalented. Benchmark is another to have had his chances. He ran creditably in a better race at Windsor and has to have obvious claims. Beverley Hill Billy makes a turf debut after two outings on the all-weather. Bay Of Light ran green on her most recent start and is capable of better. She seems best when allowed to dictate terms up front so similar tactics are likely here. Espejo made an encouraging debut after a modest start and kept on well for pressure. Itchycoo Park is related to a number of precocious two-year-olds and is accordingly watched in the market. In a trappy race, Anthea gets the nod.
