High Counsel was pulled up at Southwell on Monday and is looking a light of former days. Eceparti is on a long losing run but was second off this mark at Ffos Las two runs ago. Good Work keeps finding one too good and is now 0-12 but his luck will surely change sooner rather than later. LYRICAL GENIUS looked a sure-fire future winner when only beaten a short-head at Doncaster in January but he’s been unable to cope with a higher mark in two starts since. With a visor replacing the usual blinkers, he might be worth one more chance with his yard showing signs of a revival. Art Of Illusion was just beaten over this trip at Plumpton with Dylan Kitts on board and may not have stayed 3m5f at Lingfield subsequently.
