Verdict

Night Angel has been keeping decent company and has definitely improved since the blinkers were put on. She looks certain to play a big part in this modest-looking maiden but there is a chance that LANA will prove a cut above this grade. An entry in Redcar's big sales race in October suggests Michael Bell's filly has been showing plenty at home and she can make a winning start here. Precious Little is another newcomer to note for future reference and Lucifers Shadow can only improve on his Nottingham debut but Stepper Point may do better when tacking handicaps.
