Verdict

Orama's Ghost can get the better of Royal Secrets and Toccata in a finale which can supply important pointers for the future. Toccata's form looks solid, having just been held by Metaphoric on her second and latest start last season. Metaphoric has since landed a good Newmarket contest this season, and Toccata looks sure to go well, if sharp enough on her seasonal bow. Royal Secrets hails from a stable who can ready them first time, and is out of a dam who was a top class miler in France. A son of Highest Honor and therefore with no stamina doubts, it would be no surprise to see this grey run well on his debut. Orama's Ghost ran well to be third on his debut, not beaten far by the well touted winner, stable companion Gyroscope. He is a son of Golan, out of a staying mare, and will be well suited by this step up in trip. Orama's Ghost can prove too elusive for his rivals.
