    Verdict

Henry Island is a course specialist and gets the nomination here at the main expense of Darn Good. The selection reserves his best form for this track and although he has been a little disappointing of late it would be no surprise to see him get back on the winning trail with conditions to suit. Darn Good won well on this track last time and the step up in trip will suit, but he has a penalty for that course success and that may just find him out. Moonshine Beach was pulled-up in the race won by Darn Good and his jockey Dane O'Neill reported that the saddle had slipped. He was also unlucky on his previous run on this track, so he could well be the one to give our selection the most to do. However, Henry Island is difficult to ignore when he runs here and he is put forward as the one they all have to beat.
