Verdict

Recent good form is a bit thin on the ground so we’ll go with DESIREMOI D’AUTHIE to take advantage of a slight drop in grade, despite the rather indifferent form of the Alan King yard and the fact that he was beaten off level weights by Canyon City at Huntingdon back in October when odds-on. Joycetick was still in front when falling at Kempton last month and Innocent Touch will have needed his run at Cheltenham, only his third over hurdles. Captain Jack has been placed a couple of times but is starting to look exposed.
