In depth

Verdict

Almnadia has showed progressive hurdle form and his Cheltenham victory last time out showed a certain amount of class. He should find little difficulty following up unless one of the unraced horses proves to be special. Of those, Penny Pass looks the most obvious danger hailing from the powerful Pipe yard while Fortunate Dave is the highest rated Flat horse in the field. Mark It did well on his only racecourse appearance at Kempton behind the potentially useful Spectroscope while Palm Beach was well fancied (A P McCoy booked) when falling at the first at Huntingdon on his debut. Market moves for any of the others would be significant.
