Verdict

It’s hard to believe that Aimee De Sivola is still qualified to run in maidens given she has run some cracking races in defeat and started favourite for a valuable handicap at Haydock in the spring. Rated 118, she sets the standard in this but just lack the scope of FLINCK, who was upsides a couple of useful novices at Taunton in March when missing out the last. He only weakened approaching the last over 2m7f at Exeter earlier so this trip may prove his optimum. Neil The Legend has joined Nicky Henderson and should make a hurdler while Jemima P and Torn And Frayed are other interesting newcomers. Thomas Macdonagh is another likely to mark his mark over timber.
