BANJAXED GIRL is our call in the opener with Basford Lady and Isabelonabicycle nominated as the dangers. Nigel Twiston-Davies long spell of losers came to an end earlier in the week and having seen this mare handle this surface at Wetherby in what was probably a fairly hot bumper by the track's standards; we are hopeful that she can improve upon her debut over timber this afternoon. Basford Lady won a bumper at Cheltenham. She looks as if the step up to 2m4f will not prove any barrier to her progression. Isabelonabicycle was often backed on the flat though seldom delivered. Her ability on the going is also an unknown. Jo Joe's Lot is related to winners over further so her stamina is likely to come into play. Wouldn'titbenice is a daughter of Dr Fong. She should handle soft going though has not seen the racecourse for some time. Arabian Silk was well held on hurdling intro and has plenty to do in order to win this contest. There isn't a great deal about Banjaxed Girl but she has the right attitude and can put her rivals to the sword.
