Polar Scout, Monbonami and Blackberry Way look the three to concentrate on in this handicap chase and the confident vote goes to Polar Scout. The selection would have won last time out but for unshipping his jockey when going well. He runs off the same mark here has his optimum conditions and if he jumps around he will be hard to beat. Monbonami rates the main danger he won well when last seen over fences when defeating Royal China and that form would see him go close off this mark but he has a 239 day absence to overcome and he may just need the run so he is passed over on this occasion.
