Verdict

Ohio Gold has gone close on a number of occasions and can probably be forgiven his run at The Festival, where he made an early blunder and was quickly pulled up. But SHOTAVODKA looks more progressive and is fancied to give the weight away to his three rivals having got off the mark at Huntingdon last time- an earlier second at Catterick is working out well. Ut Majeur Aulmes has won a bumper and a hurdle and should make a chaser but it will be a surprise if the moderate Tayarat gets involved.
