In depth

Verdict

Thenford Flyer gets the vote here with Aunt Milly and Red Bells rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair second behind Leac An Scail last time out, that form looks rock solid in the context of this race and under similar conditions here he need only run up to that mark to score. Aunt Milly rates the main danger as she hails from as yard that can do no wrong in this sphere and this Paris House filly, half-sister to the winning hurdler Familie Footsteps will not have to be anything special to take a hand in the finish. Red Bells was a fair fourth on his debut behind Classic Fiddle and is sure to improve but the suspicion is he will; be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time. Of the remainder Solid Silver showed a modicum of ability on his debut and is another that is sure to improve but for the winner we return to Thenford Flyer who sets a fair standard.
