In depth

Verdict

Twist On Ginge finished a long way behind the winner when runner-up over 3m at Southwell last time but the handicapper has dropped him a further 3lb and he should be in the mix once again. But NORMANDY KING was having only his second start over fences when third at Stratford on his return to action and Tim Vaughan’s charge gets the nod having won in heavy going over hurdles in the past. Arquebusier is back on a winning mark with a pipe-opener at Exeter under his belt while The Horsechesnut is another looking to take advantage of a slide down the handicap.
