Bomber Command did not improve on an earlier second here when weakening quickly once head at Southwell and might face a battle for the lead here with the free-going Towcester runner-up Nampararoo. MAJOR DAVIS was also well beaten last time after finishing a closer second at Wincanton the time before but might be worth another chance if he brushes up his jumping and is preferred to former pointer Truckers Tangle, who will surely need further.
