Sweeping Rock was understandably no match for a handicap good thing here this month but had the remainder comfortably accounted for and had previously scored decisively at Worcester. He'll remain competitive off his current mark and should be in the mix. However, STONECOLDSOBA (NAP) looked a much-improved hurdler when scoring at Worcester over 2m4f and hopefully will prove just as effective dropping back in trip. He won with any amount in hand that day and can defy a 9lb hike as that was only a fourth start over timber. Beau Bay has a first run for his classy yard and it would not surprise to see him improve. He's the one to track in the market.
