Verdict

With Shoulton looking devoid of any ability and Mister Club Royal nothing more than a plater, this should just concern winning pointer Mystic Native and Bee An Bee, with the latter given the vote. Second on his debut to the useful Claymore in a bumper two-years-ago, he looked set for a bright future, but with just one win from 11 subsequent efforts, things haven't exactly gone to plane. However, this step up in trip should suit on this chasing debut and with the ease in grade, this looks an ideal opening for his chasing career. Mystic Native was beaten an awful long way over course and distance last week and looks to have plenty to find. However, this winning pointer will strip fitter here and may be good enough to deprive Mister Club Royal of the runner-up spot. Phillip Hide is an interesting booking for Shoulton, but even he will have his work cut out to get the better of Bee An Bee, who surely only has to jump round to collect.
