Verdict

This looks a penalty kick for former decent hurdler Samon, who was made to struggle when landing the odds at Fontwell. The winner of both his starts over fences (not always fluent), he has stones in hand over his rivals and just has to jump round to collect. Best of the rest is Red Alert Man, who won a non-event here back in April. He is normally a safe conveyance and should prove good enough for the forecast.
