In depth

Verdict

Nabir is in good form and is taken to get the better of Tagar and Butler's Cabin. The selection is chasing the hat-trick today and he won despite the very testing conditions at Market Rasen last time when he beat Golden Duck. He will be suited by today's conditions and he should be up to defying a penalty. Tagar won comfortably over this course and distance last time and he looks to have put his problems behind him. If he runs up to his best he should be capable of making a good race of it. Butler's Cabin was returning from a break when a fair third behind Cansalrun at Worcester last time. He is sure to strip fitter today but he will have to improve to beat our selection and we are happy to stick with the in-form Nabir to lead them home.
