The Fox's Decree has the annoying habit of finding just the one too good and with him up in the weights again RIPALONG LAD might be a better choice in this handicap hurdle and Heir To Be might be ready to challenge once more. Having held Native City when winning a handicap chase by 12 lengths the selection should really be able to win off this mark in this code.
