Charlie Longsdon won this last year and can repeat the trick with MIDNIGHT SHOT. He is bred to jump hurdles and probably found the ground too soft when last in a Listed bumper at Ascot on his latest start. Ballycamp has claims on his second to Gold Present at Market Rasen but this trip may be too sharp. Native Display beat It Is I on the Polytrack in December but disappointed next time and Raise A Spark kept finding one too good in bumpers last summer and hasn't raced since July. Monksgold has plenty of hurdling experience but is another who would have preferred a bit further.
