OWENACURRA LASS has a penalty for her bumper victory but made her hurdling debut in a better race than this at Clonmel and can progress enough to land this. Villa Moura had some smart bumper form though makes her hurdling debut after a long absence. Jeremys Dream has been running well enough in maidens to be given a chance though he'll probably have to raise his game but Shimmer And Shine was showing improved form in handicaps last autumn and wouldn't need much more to gain her first success. Araukan was a 100/1 chance when fourth in a Wexford maiden and can get into contention if in the same kind of form.
