In depth

Verdict

Sarin, Middleham Park and Crackleando are three against the field in this competitive novices hurdle and the confident vote is given to Sarin. The selection was a fair performer on the level and was a promising fifth on his hurdling debut behind Mr Mischief. He is sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement he will be hard to beast. Middleham Park rates the main danger on his latest second behind Common Girl especially as the return to this shorter trip should suit . Crackleando is another with place claims on his best form but he was very disappointing last time out behind Bogus Dreams so can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Hattington was a fair second behind Ressource last time and is another that could go well but he gave the impression he would be suited by a drop in trip last time and for that reason he is over looked on this occasion and for the winner we return to Sarin.
