ASH HIGH may be able to maintain Nigel Twiston-Davies' good record in this contest. He may have most to fear from Silver Bay and Panatalaimon. The selection has yet to race under Rules but he has plenty of form to his name between the flags in Ireland and changed hands for 60,000 gns in the spring. The yard has won this race three times in the past seven years and may do so again. Silver Bay had had a few chances prior to scoring at Worcester in June but may just be a slow learner and could progress whilst Pantalaimon showed a fair level of promise when last in action and could go well if able to run to the same level on his return. Palypso De Creek has some fair form to his name in France and is worth a market check along with Lord Generous who has been highly tried. In contrast, Global Flyer's latest run came at Hexham but it wasn't without promise and he should appreciate this stiff test as should the selection Ash High.
