In depth

Verdict

Danvinnie was second over course and distance on his debut just under a year ago but hasn't been seen since. Fingerontheswitch, a son of Beneficial, won a maiden point-to-point in Ireland before Christmas and McCoy rides on his debut under Rules. Bletchley Castle has also won between the flags while Minstrel Royal is a half-brother to a winning hurdler. But MORTHANALGEND is also bred to do well over jumps and is an interesting newcomer in a race which may not take much winning.
